Ashiqur Rahman is Assistant Professor of Department of Public Administration at Comilla University. He earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. His fields of interest include Bangladesh Civil Service, Local governance, Public policy and Women Empowerment.
