Md Nazmul Haq joined as lecturer of Public Administration in Department of Public Administration, Comilla University in July, 2017. He joined as a faculty in this Department while he was studying MPA at SPA in Zhejiang University, PRC under Asian Future Leaders Scholarship Program. He was a student of inaugural Batch of the Department of Public Administration and Comilla University as well. He holds an MSS and a BSS in Public Administration from Comilla University with distinguished results. He secured CGPA-3.69 and 3.88 on a scale of 4 in master and bachelor degree respectively. He placed at first position in both these academic spheres and achieved “Prime Minister Gold Medal 2012” as faculty first from faculty of Social Science of Comilla University. His special areas of academic interest focus on local governance, public policy, public sector governance and development, development administration and administrative management.
