I have been working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Comilla University since 2013. I joined the academia in 2007 as a lecturer. I did research on job satisfaction, marketing channel assessment, performance measurement of foreign commercial banks, MDG and aid effectiveness, the role of teachers to develop the students’ morality. In my research work I have used correlation, regression, ANOVA, factor analysis, t-test, chi-square test, z-test for data analysis. My research interest is on public health and the quality of work life in Bangladesh and impacts of public health care system on the quality of work life.
