Md. Zia Uddin is a Lecturer in the Department of public Administration, University of Comilla, Bangladesh. He obtained his BSS (Honors) and MSS degrees from Chittagong University. He has keen interests include the broader area of Rural Development and Local Government, Legislative Behavior, Party Politics, NGOs and Electoral Politics.
